We are aware of and currently investigating an issue where opening the in-game Cash Shop results in an error. "Your account cannot be authenticated at this time. If you continue to see this message, please contact Customer Support via http://support.mabinogi.nexon.net"
If you are experiencing this issue, you do not need to submit a ticket.
In the mean time, you may access the cash shop through the Mabinogi Web Shop instead. Please be sure to log into the correct account and choose the correct character from the cash shop dropdown menu when purchasing an item.
We will update this article when a solution has been found for this issue.
