There are a few different places where a cash item may be stored after purchase. Check the following areas for your item.
Character, Pet, and Partner Character Cards
Character Cards, Pet Cards, or Partner Character Cards are sent directly to your character selection screen when purchased. Select the card, and then create a character through the character selection screen.
If you don't see the card, sort your character selection screen by selecting the View All tab to see every character and card on the account. Or, you can select a Race, and then choose Card to see any unused cards on the account. In the example image below, Pet is selected as the Race.
If you still don't see the item, the pet you purchased may be a pet whistle! Check your Item Shop Inventory from the Web Shop (see below).
When purchasing an item from the Web Shop, you are prompted to select which character you want the item on. Make sure that you choose the correct character from the drop-down menu.
After you purchase the item, it appears in the Item Shop Inventory for the character that you selected to receive the item.
To access in-game inventory, click the Gift Box icon on the in-game task bar.
The Item Shop Inventory opens and your purchased item is displayed under the Item Bought tab where you can retrieve it and add it to your character's inventory.
If you don't see the purchased item on the account, it may have been sent to a different character, so make sure to check each character's Item Shop Inventory. If a character is undergoing the tutorial, you must first complete the tutorial before you can open the character's Item Shop Inventory.
To access the in-game shop, click Go to Shop via the Item Shop Inventory. Any items purchased through the in-game shop are sent to the Item Shop Inventory of the character you're logged in as when purchasing the cash shop item. After purchasing an item, you may need to change channels to refresh the Item Shop Inventory.
Point Shop Inventory
Note: The section below is applicable to Gachapon Boxes obtained after 3/10/22.
When opening a Gachapon Box, the item you receive is automatically sent to your Point Shop Inventory. You can store items in your Point Inventory and claim them at any time. The secondary reward received with each opened box is sent to your main Inventory.
For example, items that have a "Bonus Point" reward use the Point Shop Inventory, and all items received from the Gachapon box are also sent there.
To access the Point Shop Inventory and view your purchased and received items, click the Shopping Cart icon, located in the upper-right of your main Inventory tab.
You can store up to 1,000 items in the Point Shop Inventory.

If you still can't find your item, contact Customer Support. Open a Technical Support ticket by clicking Submit a Request and include the following information:
- In Subject, enter [Cash Shop Purchase] followed by the name of the item you purchased and can't find.
[Cash Shop Purchase] Dye Ampoule.
- In Description, include the date that you bought the item and the time of the transaction, to the best of your ability. Also, for best results, include the transaction ID from your account's Purchase History page.
