To help us resolve your issue, please do the following:
- Take a screenshot of the ErrorCode that was displayed.
- Create a support ticket by clicking the "Submit a Request" button at the top of this page.
- Select "Technical Support" from the issue drop-down menu.
- Select "Crash" from the Technical Issue option box.
- Enter a description of the issue and other relevant information in the “Description” box.
- Locate your BlackCipher folder. The default location is "C:\Nexon\Mabinogi\BlackCipher"
- Attach all files in the BlackCipher folder to your ticket. This can be done by either clicking on the "Add file" button below “Attachments” in the ticket and navigating to your Black Cipher Folder and selecting all files in the folder, or by clicking and dragging all the BlackCipher files over to the "Add file" button.
- Attach the screenshot of the ErrorCode using the same method as in Step 6 above.
