We are aware of an error where the in-game cash shop either does not appear or causes the Mabinogi client to crash. As far as we know, this is only happens on certain Windows Operating Systems. The Cash shop can still be accessed from the webshop and you should still be able to receive items in your Inventory. We ask that you please submit a ticket with details of which Windows 7/8/10 OS (Home/Professional) you are currently using. This will help the development team troubleshoot to find the source of the problem so that a solution can be found.
