Secondary Password Reset Issues

If you receive the following error message when attempting to reset your second password / PIC after accessing the account settings page via the Nexon Launcher, please follow the below steps.

As a workaround, please access our account settings page directly by clicking on this link and log in with your account credentials or reset the secondary password here. Make sure you are logging into the correct account with your characters on it.

If you're still running into this error, make sure to clear your web browser history and cache or try a private or incognito web session to complete your request.

If you are still experiencing issues, please submit a ticket so that we can further investigate the issue.
