We are aware of an issue where players receive the following error message when attempting to reset their second password / PIC after accessing the account settings page via the Nexon Launcher:

As a workaround, please access our account settings page directly by clicking on this link and log in with your account credentials. Make sure to clear your web browser history and cache or try a private or incognito web session to complete your request.
